如果感觉你的初试成绩不太好，那么建议你提前准备调剂学校的复试，至于要准备几所，根据实际情况，建议你有一到两个调剂院校即可，更多的调剂院校你也准备不过来。所以不建议准备过多的调剂学校。

1、请你简单的做个自我介绍

自我介绍一定会问的，每个参加复试的同学都务必准备好该问题的答案!简单介绍一下自己的基本情况，姓名、年龄、学校，家乡、爱好。然后重点介绍自己在本科阶段取得的成绩，参加过的活动，在活动中得到哪些收获。如果你曾经在著名期刊发表过论文，可以重点介绍一下自己的论文成果。最重要的是向导师证明自己的专业能力和个人能力。

2、你为什么考我们这个学校/专业?

尤其是跨专业考研的同学，面试时，导师一定会问这个问题。回答这个问题时，小伙伴们不要说是因为家里人安排，或者这个专业毕业好找工作，或者薪资高。一定要要结合自己的兴趣爱好，以及该学校的名气和老师在业内的实力进行回答。

共2分30秒，就把我面完了。每一次我都被这样的话掐断：“时间到，请回打下一个问题。”妈的，我想掐死他，最恨人家用时间限制我回答问题了。只有一个年轻人一直在看我的表现，我回答完一个题他就很温和的冲我笑笑。我知道我回答得很差，那个营销题甚至完全不知道，但还是感谢他，他给了我很大的鼓励。

之后就是综合面试。在我前面面试的是一个复旦的气质美眉。复旦就是复旦，培养出来的人看起来都不一样哦，流口水，狂羡慕。

建行：

专业面试是一些很常见的问题，没有理论推导。我被问到信用卡，银行业开放后建行遇到的机会和挑战，贸易融资（我是国际经济与贸易的，面试经济类），还有贷款证券化，信托（我简历提到过）。建议看一下与金融，尤其是银行的重大新闻，银行业改革等等。人民银行，银监会等等都有很多信息。

英语面试：提前准备是很有必要的。三部分：自我介绍、中译英和英译汉，第三部分就是随便交谈。与简历相关的英语资料要准备好，另外与银行业相关的英语准备一下也是有必要的。我被问到建设银行有什么优势，劣势。

综合面试：范围很广，注意说话的语速，不管面试官的表情如何，始终保持微笑，引导考官谈话的内容，展现自己的亮点。我都没自我介绍，直接被问到大学学到的什么？总之，自信是关键，记住，自己一定能成功

1.四大商业银行总行（以中国建设银行总行为例）：

1）建设银行对于研究生没有设置笔试，直接到总行进行两轮面试。

2）第一轮是多对一形式，2.5分钟自我介绍，然后每人问点问题。最后一问是一个英语问题例如为什么来建行或介绍自己家乡。

3）第二轮是一个人事主管单独见每个人，提一些问题。

4）建总行签约要预交3千保证金（报到时退还），签约5年，违约金800*未完成月数。建行的待遇，科技部门作项目的，总收入可能在4-6k/m，还常有各种奖金。宿舍最好，位置就在西单，两室一厅两人住，能住三年（以后得自己买房），建行住房公积金1400/m。

2.政策性银行（以国家开发银行为例）：

1）笔试：开行笔试分两部分分开考试,都是中文。第一部分是类似公务员的综合试卷,有同义、近义、反义以及词语联想等选择，有错误句的判断，有类似gre的那种逻辑题等等。第二部分是心理测试题。例如问你觉得你在你朋友眼中会是什么样的人等等。

2）一面：作文+大组讨论。作文时间是1个小时；大组讨论：十二个人一组，抽号分配座位，围坐半圈，准备五分钟后开始自由发言。开行有六七人在别一边坐一排，不做任何评论只是不断地记录。

3）二面：多对一面试。

英语四六级考试越来越近，同学们也都为之积极地准备着。在这剩下的2个月的准备中，谁能高效率的复习谁就将是最后的胜利者。为使同学们能更好的针对此次英语四六级考试复习，为了让大家更深刻的了解四六级改革后的特点、新题型，明确考试重点，一个旨在提高复习效率、点拨复习技巧的讲座是急需的。此次讲座将从复习迎考的心态和应试技巧以及注意事项等方面对大家进行辅导，同时也会竭尽全力为大家营造一个学习英语的氛围，希望在即将到来的英语四六级考试方面助大家一臂之力！
